Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and strategies to the business teams on a wide range of legal matters, including but not limited to corporate law, intellectual property, employment law, and compliance issues.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and legal memos.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, prepare legal pleadings, draft and negotiate settlements.
- Research and anticipate unique legal issues that could impact the company.
- Develop company policy and position on legal issues.
Job Details
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
- Active Pennsylvania Bar Admission.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
- Proven background in corporate governance, contract law, and general corporate law.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal issues and solutions effectively to all levels of the organization.
