We are a high-performance real estate team on the lookout for a full-time real estate acquisitions specialist. You’ll hunt, prepare, and close deals, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful. $83,000 – $120,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM
• Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research
• Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients
• Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information

• Client Engagement: Convert leads into appointments, present offers, and secure purchase agreements.
• Negotiation: Effectively negotiate purchase terms and oversee negotiations for sellers
• Market Relationships: Build and maintain relationships throughout the market to identify future acquisition opportunities.
• Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor the sales process.
• Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients.

Qualifications:

• Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required
• Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented
