What time do the Bears play? The 2 possibilities and when fans will find out

The Chicago Bears will play the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday, but fans don’t know the exact timing just yet.

According to the NFL, the Bears’ will host the Rams in the NFC Divisional Round game at Soldier Field. Timing of the game and what channel it will be on are still “TBD,” the NFL said.

As of Monday morning, the game will be played in one of two time slots: 2 p.m. CT or 5:30 p.m. CT.

Fans won’t find out the final answer until Monday night after the No. 5 Houston Texans take on the No. 4 Pittsburgh Steelers. After that, the NFL will announce the kickoff time for upcoming Bears game.

The Bears and Rams have played on two prior occasions in the postseason, with the Bears taking down the last meeting in the 1986 NFC Championship Game at Soldier Field.

The winner of Monday’s Texans-Steelers game will play the New England Patriots on Sunday, January 18.

Saturday, Jan. 17., the No. 1 Seattle Seahawks will face the lowest-seeded team, the San Francisco 49ers. That game will take place at either 3:30 pm. CT or 7:30 p.m. CT.

The top-seeded Denver Broncos will host the Buffalo Bills in the other game Saturday.

The winner of the Bears-Rams game will go on to face the winner of the Seahawks-49ers game. In the AFC, the winner of the Broncos-Bills game will face the Patriots, and the winner of Monday’s Texans vs. Steelers game.
