BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Wellsville man was sentenced to five years in prison after he was found in possession of child pornography involving prepubescent minors, the United States Attorney’s Office announced Tuesday.
Between May and November 2023, 42-year-old Ronald Chapman had a cellphone that contained 45 photos and videos of child pornography.
The images included depictions of toddlers, officials said.
