ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — Albany VegFest is set to return to the Albany Capital Center on October 5. 2025 marks the annual event’s 15th year.
VegFest showcases offerings from more than 60 local vendors. Guests will have the chance to try numerous vegan treats and drinks, ranging from baked goods, soups, and ciders, to café creations, smoothies, and fresh-made plant-based Chinese, Greek, and Mediterranean cuisines.
The festival will also host several guest speakers and panels, as well as prize raffles and a variety of family-friendly activities, including cooking classes, a kids play area and a photo booth. The Sunday event is slated to run from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The Albany Capital Center is located at 55 Eagle Street. Albany VegFest is free to attend, with a suggested donation of $10 to support the Capital Region Vegan Network.
