CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y. (WIVB) — Pharaoh’s Gentlemen’s Club, whose owner is awaiting sentencing after being convicted of eight crimes, announced on social media Monday that it has closed, ending two decades in business.
But one of the other owners, Linda Gerace, said the closure is temporary. She said she will lease the strip club to new management.
In late August, the club’s liquor license expired.
Owner Peter Gerace could not renew it after a jury convicted him in December 2024 of eight charges, including sex-and-drug trafficking. He faces a maximum sentence of life in prison, but is challenging the convictions.
Linda Gerace said new management will reopen under a new name once it signs a lease and secures a liquor license. She did not have a timeline for a reopening.
