BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A man was allegedly pepper sprayed during a fight at the Longhorn Steakhouse in Cheektowaga on Wednesday night, according to police.
Police responded to the restaurant, located on Walden Avenue in Cheektowaga, just after 7:30 p.m. Wednesday. Investigation determined that two men were fighting in front of the restaurant when a woman approached and sprayed one of the men.
Police said everyone fled the area and were unable to be located.
This is the second time in recent months there has been a pepper-spray related incident at the Cheektowaga restaurant. In September, a 23-year-old woman was charged after she allegedly used pepper spray during a fight in August, which was exposed to a 3-month-old baby.
No charges have been filed in relation to Wednesday’s incident.
