URBN is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to conduct the accurate and timely processing of payroll for over 25,000 employees across the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada. This role requires a strong understanding of multi-state payroll regulations, excellent data management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
The ideal candidate will be a team player with a commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance. Role Responsibilities Process and audit bi-weekly payroll for employees across multiple U.S. states, Puerto Rico, and Canada in accordance with local, state/provincial, and federal regulations.
Maintain accurate payroll records, including new hires, terminations, pay changes, and tax updates. Collaborate with HR, Benefits, and Finance teams to ensure data integrity and timely updates.
