ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversionContact new and existing customers to discuss needsBe knowledgeable about the productEmphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problemsAnswer questions about the productsNegotiate prices and termsCollaborate with colleagues in different sectorsMaintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationshipsReview customers credit status and collect monies owed. Complete Administrative tasks in an accurate and timely manner.Qualifications and Education Requirements:•Must be at least 21 years of age.Bachelors’ degree or equivalent work experience.1-2 years of industry related sales experience within the distribution or supplier community.Must provide own transportation, valid Driver’s License and current insuranceAbility to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms.Must possess strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills and social perceptiveness.Ability to work in a team environment and to manage multiple tasks.Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams and electronic mail proficiency.Goal oriented, focused, and possess the ability to excel with minimal supervision.Self-Motivated to maintain a competitive advantage in the marketplace.BenefitsBase Salary $60K to $65KMonthly car allowance ($400) and expense reimbursement.Commission program.
