Uncommon Schools
This role is responsible for developing and executing outreach strategies to source teachers, instructional leaders, and operations staff for our five K-12 schools in Camden, NJ. They will ensure a strong pipeline of candidates by managing relationships with key universities and organizations both locally and nationally (including HBC – Us and HS – Is); attending in-person and virtual career fairs and events; managing communications with key organizations and leveraging recruitment tools to headhunt and identify strong potential candidates.
Implement on-campus recruitment events and initiatives (career fairs, information sessions, panels, professional learning, etc.)Use recruitment tools (applicant tracking systems, resume databases, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Handshake, Mailchimp, and spreadsheets) to source high-quality talent. Write creative and compelling communications to promote career opportunities to target audiences and move partners to action (professors, faculty, AmeriCorps…Recruiter, Outreach, Talent, Communications, School Leader, Banking, Staffing
