CGRC is seeking an Accounts Payable & Payroll Specialist to handle the A/P & Payroll functions for the organization.

Some responsibilities include: Process payroll for CGRC on a scheduled basis as determined by the organization.
Ensure appropriate authorized deductions are processed from employee paychecks.(i.e.
federal, state, and local taxes, 403(b) contributions, benefit premiums, etc.) Assure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations related to payroll processing.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll in a timely manner.
Process employee expense reimbursements.
Develop and implement accounting and management reports as necessary.
Process vendor invoices for payment.
Reconcile petty cash transactions monthly.
Resolution of payment issues and communication with vendors as needed.
Ensure vendor files are complete and updated on a regular basis.
Prepare and distribute annual 1099 forms.
Reconcile organizational credit cards.
