We are hiring levels 2-5. Design, development and testing of software products utilized in the development and/or refurbishment of ground support/test equipment.* Perform software engineering lifecycle following the program Software Development Plan (SDP) to include requirements, analysis, unit test, integration and support to formal test and delivery.* Participate in technical reviews and audits of software products.* Be part of a dynamic team, utilizing software development best practices and processes.* Work is expected to be nearly 100% On site with very limited telework opportunities.Bachelor’s in computer science, computer engineering or electrical engineering with computer science or computer engineering studies.* Previous C, C++ development experience* Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance, thus US citizenship is required.Active Top Secret Clearance* Proficient in Software Configuration Management (SCM) tools such as GitLab and a strong understanding of Agile methodology using JIRA tools.* Experience with electronic test instruments, including oscilloscopes, DMMs, logic analyzers, and related equipment.* Knowledge of flight software or hardware-in-the-loop simulation is a plus.* Demonstrates a creative mindset and problem-solving capabilities, with a proven ability to follow established software methodologies and processes.Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays.
