Title: Services Admin Assistant Location: Cleveland, OH (Onsite) Duration: 6 Months Job Responsibilities: Description: As Facility Administrator, you will support the facility operation by providing visitor and telephone assistance, Administrative support, Facilities Maintenance request support, and Security support for the Warrensville Technical Center. This position is very diversified and requires the ability to prioritize. Major Tasks Performed: • Process new hires and ensure timely orientation • Locate the contact person the visitor is seeing • Assist visitors with any appointments/meetings that they have with the different business units • Assist site by sending any pertinent emails for important functions such as blood drives, flu shots, Wellness checks, charity events, Lost and Found, etc. • Maintain “Welcome” sign for any special individuals/groups visiting the premises. • Coordinate visitor entry with security team • Printing and programming ID cards for site employees • Programming and tracking temporary cards for site visitors • Printing lists of expected offsite visitors for security’s use on a daily basis • Running card access reports for the Security Lieutenant when requested • Accounting for the visitor logs during site evacuations • Input data and perform user maintenance of site computerized maintenance management system Principal Accountabilities: • Directing employees to the appropriate resources when needed. • Exhibiting a professional demeanor in all circumstances when interacting with all employees. • Demonstrating flexibility in a changing environment. Education Required: High School Diploma Requirements: • Must be at least 18 years of age. • Must have a valid Driver’s License. • Must be legally authorized to work in the country for which you are applying for employment without now or in the future needing sponsorship for employment visa status • Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation be able to sit, stand, hear, and see on a constant basis. • Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation able to operate a computer, write reports, and communicate via telephone. Preferred: • Five plus (5+) years of administrative experience providing executive level administrative support. • Possess the ability to multi-task in a fast paced business environment and be proactive with prioritizing work assignments. • High degree of computer proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Oracle software including Discoverer Reporting and Concur Expense reporting.
