In this hunter-focused role, you will be responsible for acquiring new enterprise and mid-market clients and expanding our footprint in the Professional Staffing and Managed Services space. Key Responsibilities New Client Acquisition Prospect and close new business with Fortune 1000 and mid-market clients across the U.S. Drive expansion of our ReflikOne Service Model (MSP for Direct Hire), Direct Hire, and Contingent Staffing Services. Identify and engage decision-makers across Technology, Finance, and Engineering departments. Sales Process Management Own the full sales lifecycle from lead generation through contract execution and onboarding. Manage a complex consultative sales cycle with multiple stakeholders across enterprise organizations. Relationship Development Cultivate and maintain relationships with TA, Procurement, MSP, CW Program Leaders, and other influential stakeholders in the talent ecosystem. Attend 2-3 industry events/conferences per year to build presence and generate leads. Collaboration & Reporting Work closely with internal teams (e.g., operations, customer success) to deliver value to clients. Maintain accurate records and pipeline updates in CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics). Qualifications Must-Have Experience: 7+ years of experience selling Professional Staffing services (IT, F&A, Engineering, etc.) to enterprise and mid-market clients. Proven track record of new client acquisition and consistently exceeding sales targets. 3-5 years of experience selling Managed Services such as RPO, MSP, or VMS. Deep network and credibility within the Talent Ecosystem (TA, MSP, CW leaders, Procurement). Strong and established relationships with decision-makers in Tech, Finance, and Engineering. Entrepreneurial mindset and high level of self-motivation. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills. Bachelor’s degree (minimum). Ability and willingness to travel 2-3 times per year for conferences and client meetings. Proficiency with tools including Zoom, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and CRM platforms (e.g., Dynamics). Why Join Us?
