About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel with a focus on technology contracts to join their dynamic, purpose-driven organization. The successful candidate will be a key legal partner to business and technology leaders, providing strategic advice on a range of issues including software licensing, SaaS, AI, data privacy, and cybersecurity. This role is pivotal in helping the company scale responsibly, negotiating high-impact contracts, and guiding risk-conscious decisions that foster innovation. The Senior Corporate Counsel will also be responsible for leading the structuring, drafting, and negotiation of complex tech agreements, delivering practical legal advice, and balancing legal risks with the company’s commitment to innovation.
Applicants must have a Juris Doctorate degree, be admitted to at least one U.S. state bar, and have a minimum of 8 years’ experience in negotiating and drafting technology agreements. A strong technical aptitude and interest in evolving technologies, as well as experience in a highly regulated or fast-paced environment, are desired. The role requires a collaborative, agile mindset, and the ability to manage shifting priorities, with a focus on working cross-functionally across legal, vendor management, and technical teams. The ideal candidate will be a go-to partner, stay ahead of tech law trends, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and legal excellence. This is an opportunity to make a significant, positive impact and to be part of a team where your contributions are valued and your growth is continually fostered.
