This is a full-time School Psychologist position for the 2025-2026 School Year at Caesar Rodney School District. Caesar Rodney School District is a grade K-12 district with approximately 8200 students.
Individuals who are eligible or possess School Psychologist certification are encouraged to apply. Candidates must apply online. Applicants must meet State of Delaware certification requirements for School Psychologist.
Out of State Candidates: An educator applying for a license in the State of DE with less than 1 year of experience will be placed on an Initial License. Applicants with one completed year of experience, but less than 4 years of experience will receive an Initial License. The State of Delaware DOE may recognize standard certificates from all other states as a means of eligibility.
SALARY: In accordance with the State of Delaware and local salary schedules, with an additional annual amount of $5000 added to salary, based on experience and degree. Benefits package included.
PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
- Individuals must provide official transcripts, if applicable, updated resume, and three (3) letters of recommendation.
- All persons employed by the Caesar Rodney School District are required to submit a criminal background check and a tuberculosis test.
- Anyone offered employment is required to provide the following: proper identification (Social Security Card and Driver’s License), documentation of eligibility for employment in the U.S.A., completion of I-9 form, and completion of paperwork for the Delaware Child Protection Registry.
