Position Summary:

TheSales Managerwill lead our automotive parts sales department,overseeinga team of sales professionals and driving performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This role is critical in managing inventory,settingand achieving sales targets,optimizingsales operations, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Set sales goals and performance targets; lead the team in achieving and exceeding them.



  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to foster professional growth and team success.


  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and in line with company standards.



  • Establish competitive pricing strategies that balance profitability with customer loyalty.


  • Monitor customer service guidelines to ensure exceptional satisfaction across the board.



  • Analyze monthly sales performance, inventory levels, and expenses to meet profitability targets.


  • Approve or deny daily return requestsin a timely manner.



  • Review daily invoices to confirmaccuratecustomer coding for financial reporting.


  • Partner with finance, marketing, and operations to streamline internal processes.



  • Engage in strategic negotiations with large clients to secure new business.


  • Utilize inventory control systems to track andoptimizeparts sales.
