Must have at least one year experience in intermodal/truckingJOB DESCRIPTION:* Must have one year experience in intermodal/trucking* Assist with Conducting and coordinating new driver orientation classes* Assist in recruiting qualified Owner Operators and Company Drivers* Send out (fax) VOPE’s for new driver applicants* Communicate with Application Auditor to get driver applicants qualified* Inspect driver’s hours of service compliance* Assist with all aspects of safety compliance: Expired Documents and Training* Assist with In-House Vehicle Maintenance Program* Experience in safety is a plusJOB REQUIREMNTS:* Ability to conduct CMV driver safety and operations instruction and training in an office setting as well as outdoors.* Good knowledge of FMCSR – Preferred* Good understanding of FMCSR part 395 – Hours of Service of Drivers – Preferred* Ability and desire to promote IMC to potential CMV drivers* Knowledge and understanding of truck maintenance and repair.* Willing to Train the right motivated person.* Willing to Travel to other terminals within the region.
