Position Summary: We are seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative / Account Manager to join our growing sales team. This role focuses on inside sales, lead generation, and client engagement in the medical and biotech industries. The ideal candidate is passionate about healthcare innovation and has a strong inside sales background. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospects and existing clients Generate and follow up on leads Maintain detailed records in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Provide product information and support Address client questions, concerns, and troubleshooting needs Present new product offerings and solutions Support sales campaigns and special projects Deliver exceptional customer service and inside sales performance Requirements: Bachelors in Biology or related field Proven inside sales experience (medical device or pharma preferred) Strong phone, verbal, and written communication skills Organized, adaptable, and goal-oriented Must be onsite daily Ref:
