As a Customer Advocate, you’ll be a healthcare hero ???? for 50 to 70 people every day. You’ll navigate the world of primary care doctors ????, medications ????, appointments ????, and benefits ???? like a pro, armed with your knowledge ???? and amazing social skills ?????.

The Details
????. Full-time position, Monday through Friday (because we all need a little weekend! ????) ? 8-hour shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
EST ???? 5-week intensive orientation (don’t worry, we’ve got your back every step of the way! ?????????)

High school diploma (bonus points if you’ve got a degree! ????) ????. At least 1 year of experience in insurance operations ????.
Tech-savvy and confident navigating our web-based systems ????. Detail-oriented with strong follow-through

Start: TWO groups starting either October 6th or 20th , 2025 Training: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (5 weeks) Regular Schedule: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday; 11:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday All times are Eastern Standard
