1. 2+ years of success as an agency recruiter in the Top 10% of your company + have the awards and accolades to prove it2. Positive, driven personality3.
Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required if you have the experience

1. New Business Development: Using your top-notch sales skills to bring in clients2.
Recruitment: Utilizing our premiere tech stack including our custom built ATS, JAX, to find candidates who match your clients open positions3. Lead with Kindness + Respect
