Are you an experienced recruiter with a passion for attracting top talent and building diverse teams? EMR USA is seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our dynamic Human Resources team. If you have at least 3 years of recruiting experience, including recruiting for blue-collar roles, and are familiar with applicant tracking systems (ATS), this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred to better support our diverse workforce. This role is worked 100% onsite in Camden, NJ.
Position Overview:
As a Recruiter at EMR USA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for a variety of positions, including blue-collar roles within the manufacturing and scrap metal recycling industries. You will collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruiting process while maintaining compliance with all employment laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Process Management: Lead all phases of the recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.

Job Descriptions: Collaborate with department managers to draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria for open positions.

Sourcing Candidates: Implement efficient and effective sourcing strategies tailored to each role and industry standards.

Interview Process: Assist in conducting interviews, preparing interview questions, and managing the selection process with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.

Offer Process: Work with HR staff and hiring managers to identify salary ranges, incentives, and start dates, and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.

Compliance: Ensure recruitment activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Job Fairs & Events: Attend college job fairs and recruitment sessions to increase company visibility and attract top talent.

ATS Management: Proficiently use applicant tracking software (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines, ensure smooth communication, and track recruitment metrics.

Recruitment for Blue-Collar Roles: Focus on recruiting for blue-collar positions within manufacturing and the scrap metal industry.
