Top-quality health system in Eastern Indiana is looking for a Pulmonary / Critical Care specialist with a block schedule. You will serve over 285,000 residents to eight counties in Indiana and Ohio. This organization seeks a patient-centered and empathetic Physician to join their Intensivist team. Only one hour from Indianapolis and Cincinnati. Great schools and an excellent work/life balance.
Schedule: 7am to 7pm Friday – Thursday, on call 24 hours. Staffing Model: 2 physicians, rotating in a 7 on / 7 off fashion, 1 day shift APP, and 3 night APP’s rotating in a 7 on / 14 off fashion. $500,000 base salary. $100,000 sign on bonus. $5000 per AP supervision. $250 per hour for onsite services for additional site coverage. $31 per hour for unrestricted call coverage. $5000 CME. 16 days PTO per year. Residency stipend available. One hour to Indy and Cincy, 30 minutes to Dayton Ohio.
