Certified Mobile Notary Service specializes in on-the-go notarial solutions, providing seamless service to clients. We are currently seeking a skilled Mobile Notary Signing Agent to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Perform acknowledgments and proofs.
- Administer oaths and affirmations.
- Execute jurats or verifications on oath or affirmation.
- Certify copies.
- Note protests (must be employed by a depository institution and act within scope of employment).
Qualifications and Skills
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Notary Public certification and a clean background check.
- Experience notarizing loan documents.
- Familiarity with legal documents such as wills, deeds, and car titles.
- Proficiency in typing and accurate document completion.
- Ability to translate and sign documents efficiently and accurately.

Compensation
$125.00 – $200.00 per loan signing appointment.
