Position: Police Officer
Work location: Texas Health Dallas, 8200 Walnut Hill Ln, Dallas, TX 75231
Work hours: Full Time, 40 hours/week – Multiple shifts available
Public Safety Department Highlights

Minimum Requirements
- H.S. Diploma or Equivalent required.
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, Security or a related field (preferred).
- TCOLE Peace Officer License upon hire (REQUIRED).
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 Years Security or law enforcement experience.
- Driver’s License Class C and insurable upon hire.
- Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) training upon hire and maintained annually.
Responsibilities
- Patrol buildings and grounds for unlocked or secured areas after hours.
- Provide escorts to and from parking areas.
- Identify and remove unauthorized individuals from property.
- Pursue and detain persons involved in criminal activity.
- Complete incident/offense reports and narratives.
- Interact with police, fire personnel, patients, visitors, and staff.
- Report and escalate situations as appropriate to the Threat Management team.
