You’ll lead and mentor a team and report directly to the Chief Operating Officer. This is a highly visible role where you’ll also represent the company to customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders in your region.

Your responsibilities will include:


  • Meeting or exceeding daily production and cost targets while upholding the highest safety standards.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives through visual KPIs, training, and team engagement.
  • Ensuring compliance with SQF guidelines and GMPs.
  • Managing labor staffing and optimizing production.
  • Overseeing all plant assets and maintenance.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • 10+ years of plant operations experience is required, with a preference for candidates from CPG and high-speed manufacturing environments
  • Strong knowledge and experience with safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, MSHA).
  • Proficiency with WMS systems
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • A self-motivated, results-driven approach with a keen eye for continuous improvement.
