Paymaster

In this role, you have some of the most important responsibilities, making sure everyone at Kimpton gets paid!. You’ll be responsible for preparing, processing, and recording accounts payable and cash disbursements as well as processing payroll through Vantage Payroll System.

In addition, you’ll assist the Director of Finance with reports, financial audits, and other projects. Some of your responsibilities include: Answering telephone inquiries in a friendly, efficient manner while promoting a positive image.

Process and record invoices. Prepare, process, and record accounts payable and cash disbursements.

Review vendor statements and follow-up on account balances. Maintain required records, reports, and files in an organized manner.

Process payroll through Vantage Payroll System. Prepare and verify all payroll data is accurate.

Process new hires through the Vantage System verifying all items are accurate. Assist in preparing the G/ L for financial reports.
