Parts Associate: Provide administrative support to the Parts Manager by preparing customer quotes and processing orders. Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers to request and track pricing, availability, and product information. Maintain accurate communication with customers regarding current and past-due sales orders. Support project managers and engineering staff in compiling and documenting spare parts lists for active jobs. Monitor and update vendor pricing and product changes to ensure accurate records. Maintain organized and up-to-date quote logs and sales records. Utilize strong oral and written communication skills to correspond effectively with team members, departments, customers, and external vendors. Apply time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Use computer applications, including Microsoft Office, to support reporting, documentation, and data entry task Demonstrate reliability and dependability in completing administrative responsibilities. REQUIREMENTS 1-3 Yrs of administrative experience High school diploma /GED Able to multi task and meet deadlines Software skills, including MSOffice Experience with ordering parts, inventory, pricing products, a strong plus
