Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team in Hauppauge, NY. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and hiring top talent for our clients and hospitality-related operations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates for various hospitality roles.
• Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and other channels to attract potential candidates.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage and update candidate databases and recruitment systems.
• Provide regular updates to management on recruitment activities and progress.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is a must.
• Familiarity with hospitality recruitment processes and best practices.
• Strong understanding of relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Prior experience with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
