Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Analytics
In this role, you will be responsible for applying advanced analytical techniques to address complex marketing and commercial challenges in the pharma space. You will translate data and statistical analysis into actionable insights for brand teams, develop Test and Control frameworks, and deliver high-quality outputs that drive strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Apply advanced analytics and statistical methodologies to solve brand and marketing challenges across the pharmaceutical commercial value chain.
- Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights to support brand strategy, campaign optimization, and sales performance.
- Design and execute Test and Control experiments to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future targeting strategies.
- Deliver high-quality analytical outputs, reports, and presentations that communicate insights to both technical and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including brand, sales, and medical to align analytics solutions with business objectives.
- Leverage industry knowledge and data-driven storytelling to inform decision-making across patient journey, HCP engagement, and market dynamics.
- Apply deep domain knowledge of pharma commercialization to design solutions aligned with industry-specific compliance, market access, and competitive dynamics.
- Integrate and analyze diverse healthcare data sources (e.g., APLD, claims, EHR/EMR, syndicated data) to uncover deep insights on patient behavior, treatment patterns, and HCP engagement.
- Build and deploy predictive and prescriptive models (e.g., churn prediction, patient segmentation, next-best-action) to enable proactive decision-making for brand and marketing teams.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or related discipline
- Experience in commercial analytics in the pharmaceutical or healthcare domain
- Strong understanding of pharma commercial processes such as sales force effectiveness, brand performance tracking, patient analytics, and omnichannel marketing etc.
- Strong hands-on experience with statistical tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, Databricks for data analysis and modelling.
- Experience with data visualization platforms such as Power BI to communicate insights effectively.
- Proven expertise in advanced analytics techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, time-series forecasting, uplift modelling, or causal inference.
- Experience in designing and analyzing Test and Control experiments for marketing campaigns and sales interventions.
- Exposure to pharma-specific analytics areas such as patient journey, physician segmentation, brand performance tracking, or omnichannel analytics is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with healthcare data sources like IQVIA (Xponent, DDD, LAAD), Symphony, APLD, EHR/EMR, and claims data.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate analytical output into strategic recommendations for pharma commercial stakeholders.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills to present complex insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to brand, sales, and medical teams

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $120,000 to $135,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
Location-based Roles: This role is Based out of Philadelphia or Rayleigh. It’s hybrid role with onsite presence required for 2-3 days a week.
