A Subaru Love Encore Specialist is a one-on-one expert, also known as a Subaru Star Delivery Specialist, who provides a follow-up appointment to help customers with their new purchase. Their role is to answer customer questions, explain and customize the customer’s vehicle’s features and technology, such as SUBARU STARLINK , and ensure the customer feels confident using their vehicle’s advanced systems.
