Our rapid growth has created a need for a Contracts Specialist position. You will serve as a key liaison between the Locus Robotics sales and contract teams, ensuring seamless capture of contract requirements and workflows from inception through execution.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to enhance contract lifecycle management processes, drive efficiency, and support the company’s growth by ensuring compliance and operational excellence. However, for the right candidate, we would also consider a fully remote arrangement within the United States.
Responsibilities include maintaining and updating the company’s contract database, drafting, negotiating, and managing customer NDAs, RaaS Agreements, and Sublicense Agreements within defined playbook guidelines, tracking implementation events to support revenue recognition, collaborating with finance, customer support, and manufacturing, ensuring schedules and contracts are drafted with 100% accuracy, developing and implementing improved processes for managing contract workflows and reporting, supporting audits, synchronizing data from various reporting sources, assisting in the implementation and optimization of systems for automating contract lifecycle management (CLM), tracking and managing contract negotiations by stage, and providing training on contract processes and system tools. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Legal Studies, or a related field, 5+ years of experience in contract management and with CLM systems, proficiency in SaaS for data analytics and reporting, advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with NetSuite or similar tools, ability to suggest and implement process improvements, experience with data visualization and AI-based tools, detail orientation, ability to manage multiple priorities, high ethical standards, and excellent communication skills.Employment type Full-timeJob function LegalGet notified about new Contract Specialist jobs in Wilmington, MA .Legal Contract Manager (4-Month Contract) (271025)We’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
