Lead Solution Architect, Energy & Utilities, Itasca, IL. Research, design & develop computer/network software soltns 4 IFS’ energy & utilities custmrs. Apply industry & enterprise soltn delivry knowldge & exp in complx, multi-phase projts. Lead consultg delivry of IFS moble wrkforce mgmt (MWM) soltn, maintain clear communicatn on all aspects of implementatn w/custmer, proj & mgmt teams. Design complx schedulg soltns using IFS BSE or PSO engines 2 meet utility biz reqs & procss. Ensure enhancemts are minimizd & standrd prod build in featres are leveragd in conjunctn w/IFS Proj Managr. Delegate & manage efforts of other consultg team-members on projcts. Ensure IFS MWM soltn capabilities & expectatns r alignd 2 scope & delivry commitmts 4 projts w/partners & systm integratrs. Assess plannd featres in roadmap & ensure voice of custmr active projts are incorporatd in roadmap decisn process. Communicate w/custmrs 2 provide updates on prod direct & potential value of adoptn of prodct features 2 assignd custmrs. Reqs: Bach degree in Info Tech or relatd (will accept foreign degree equivalnt) + 5 yrs’ exp in positn drivg complx utility enterprise softw implementatns, designg, developg, & deployg softw soltns using workforce mgmt tools & automatd scheduling tools. 10% dom travel reqd 2 unanticipatd custmr sites. Remote work permittd w/in states of CT, MA &/or NH. Crim & driving chcks reqd.
