Labor Compliance / Certified Payroll Specialist

Salary: 22.00 – 30.00

We are searching for a Labor Compliance / Certified Payroll Specialist to join our team. This position plays an integral role in supporting the ongoing functions of the company. The candidate must be a dedicated, organized, self-motivated individual who strives for success. This individual must be able to work well with others as well as handling tasks alone in a fast past environment. Position is a minimum 40 hours a week, Monday – Friday. Although Labor Compliance and certified payroll reporting will be the priority. This individual will also assist in some to all office tasks. Those tasks include but are not limited to: • Accounts Receivable • Collections • Accounts Payable • Payroll • Certified Payroll / Labor Compliance • OCIP Reporting • Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations • Airport Badging • Month End Financials • Contract Preparation • Filing/Phone calls • Tracking Certificates Qualifications: • Previous Labor Compliance / Certified Payroll experience (2 years preferred) • Ability to prioritize and multitask • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Strong organizational skills • Proficient Computer skills, including Word, Excel and Microsoft Office • Previous construction office experience a plus • Basic Accounting / Quickbooks experience a plus Benefits: • Hourly pay of $22 – $30 per hour (DOE) • Medical, Dental & Vision Health Coverage • 401k/401k Match • Paid Sick Leave • Paid Vacation.
