Human Resources (HR) Manager at hMetrix
Join us at hMetrix and play a pivotal role in creating meaningful, positive changes in healthcare through data-driven solutions. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes for our growing data analytics firm.
This role is a key strategic partner to leadership, ensuring a positive, productive, and compliant work environment for all employees. The HR Manager will manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, compensation, benefits administration, employee relations, and offboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding (Strategic & Tactical):

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the data analytics field, considering both current and future hiring needs. This includes sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the offer process.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the roles and responsibilities.
?. Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS – LinkedIn) and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Oversee the onboarding process for all new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition into the company. This includes preparing offer letters, conducting required background checks, coordinating new hire paperwork, and providing initial training on company policies and procedures.

Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract and retain top talent.
Performance Management & Employee Development:
?. Administer and manage the company’s performance evaluation process, ensuring timely and constructive feedback is provided to all employees.
This includes training managers on effective performance feedback techniques.
?. Work with managers to identify employee development needs and create individual development plans.

Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
?. Stay up-to-date on best practices in performance management and employee development.
Employee Relations:

Address employee grievances and facilitate effective conflict resolution as necessary.
?. Act as a trusted liaison between management and employees.
?.
Develop, implement, and enforce company policies and procedures.
?. Manage employee disciplinary actions, including performance improvement plans (PIPs) and terminations, ensuring proper documentation and legal compliance.
Benefits and Compliance:

Manage company’s benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive, equitable, and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
?. Manage employee benefits enrollment and address employee inquiries regarding benefits.

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment, as well as immigration laws.
?. Manage compliance-related HR tasks to ensure ongoing adherence to hMetrix’s industry certifications (hMetrix is HITRUST-certified).
Qualifications
?.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
?. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a progressive HR generalist role, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory capacity.

Strong understanding of US federal and state employment laws and regulations.
?. Experience with ATS systems.
?.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
?. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
?.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
?. Experience working in a data analytics or technology-driven environment is strongly preferred.
?.
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.
?. In person position at company’s office in Bala Cynwyd, PA.
