HR Director, Philadelphia, PA (Onsite), $120,000–$145,000
A well-established and financially stable organization is seeking a strategic HR Director to oversee key HR functions, drive process improvements, and foster a high-performing workplace culture.
HR Director – Responsibilities
- Oversee and enhance the full scope of HR functions, including recruiting, benefits administration, and payroll (preferred experience as payroll may transition under HR).
- Lead a team of three direct reports (HR Generalist, Recruiter, and Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition).
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals to foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement.
- Partner with senior leadership to drive succession planning, process improvements, and compliance initiatives.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for both salaried and hourly positions, assisting in hiring efforts until the Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition is onboarded.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices while maintaining a structured onboarding and performance management process.
HR Director – Requirements
- Bilingual (Spanish preferred) to effectively communicate with employees across departments.
- 7+ years of HR leadership experience in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
- Proven track record overseeing recruiting, benefits, compliance, and HR operations.
- Demonstrated experience with process improvement initiatives to enhance HR functions.
