Full-time Customer Support Role

We’re looking for Maltese speakers to provide customer service support via chat, voice, or email. You’ll help answer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience, all while working part-time from home.
What you’ll do
▷ Learn the business processes and respond to customer inquiries in Maltese via chat, voice, or email/ticket
▷ Ensure timely responses to improve service efficiency and reduce customer waiting times
▷ Record and relay consumer feedback on product or logistics issues from the customer’s perspective
▷ Maintain enthusiasm, patience, and professionalism to reduce complaints and improve satisfaction
▷ Identify and escalate high-risk scenarios or sensitive cases promptly and accurately
What you’ll get

What you’ll need
▷ Location: Malta
▷ Language: Native Maltese speaker
▷ Education: High school diploma or above
▷ Preferably experienced in customer service
▷ Strong service attitude, patience, and problem-solving skills
Project details
▷ Weekly hours: 20 hours/week
▷ Start date: As soon as possible
This role is a project-based opportunity with CrowdGen, where you will join as an Independent Contractor.
