Join Ecolab as Distribution Center Manager and take the lead in driving excellence across our distribution operations. This critical leadership role oversees receiving, inventory, shipping, team engagement, quality assurance, and financial operations. As a key member of our supply chain leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional service to our customers every day.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead a service-first culture by shipping and delivering on time and in full above 95%.
- Contribute to the long-term vision of the plant by aligning logistics operations with future business needs and strategic goals.
- Manage the financial budget and deliver annual cost saving initiatives to enable growth.
- Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing logistics team, including Logistics Shift Manager, Supervisor, Wave Planners, and administrative staff. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and career growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Transportation, Planning, Finance, Quality, Manufacturing, and Safety to deliver projects, productivity and supply chain efficiency.
- Develop world class safety culture and program to ensure the safety of our team members.
- Oversee capital expenditures and maintain strong relationships with local and national vendors.
- Lead and participate in routine engagement activities to bolster team environment, ensuring all team members have a voice.
- Lead change initiatives and implement best-in-class warehousing practices. Champion process improvements and ensure adherence to operational standards
- Manage the logistics budget, identify cost-saving opportunities, and deliver annual productivity targets to support business growth.
- Achieves or surpasses all KPIs around Safety, Service and Savings.
- Collaborates in other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of relevant logistics or supply chain experience
- Experience in a logistics, supply chain and/or customer service environments
- Experience utilizing ERP systems (SAP, Oracle and/or JD Edwards)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and a customer-focused mindset.

Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership experience with a focus on coaching and team development.
- Experience with SAP in a warehouse environment
- Familiarity with ISO, FDA, OSHA, WHMIS, and TDG regulations
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and Six Sigma methodologies
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records
- Strong customer service, organizational and administrative skills
Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
The base salary range for this position is $117,200.00 – $175,800.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
