Job DescriptionLinke Resources is recruiting for a Direct Support Professional located in Boothwyn, PA. The Direct Support Professional provides direct service to adults with serious and persistent mental health needs living in residential programs.

Full-time and part-time positions available.Responsibilities: Assists those served in reaching a maximum level of self-sufficiency through individualized interventions. Provides instruction and hands-on support to promote development of skills identified in service and recovery plans.

Develops and maintains connections with community providers to coordinate services. Collects outcome data and analyzes to evaluate service-delivery.

Records and reports billable services. Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with clients, families, funders and the community as a whole.
