Counselor / Family Intervention Specialist – Camden/Gloucester

Carry small caseload of 4-6 families Hold family sessions with each family 3 times a week scheduled at the convenience of the families Provide treatment in families’ homes, schools and other community settings as needed Participate in weekly supervisions and clinical consultation meetings Provide on-call availability to support families Address behavioral health needs to support family functioning and stability. Implement and adjust evidence-based intervention strategies to align with family goals Collaborate with peers, DCP&P, and other community providers to ensure continuity of care and support for the family.
Complete necessary documentation required for Youth Villages Intercept program and Acenda. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in social services with at least one year of experience in counseling or case management required.
