Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managers Order requests in accordance with SLA to ensure timely follow up and delivery to Customers.
- Produces Final Title Commitment based upon reviews of Examiner’s notes to raise requirements, exceptions, invoicing etc. communicating with examiners about any discrepancies.
- Produces Final Title Policy (Owner and Lender) based upon review of Marked Up Title Commitments and communicates with Managers and Settlement Officers regarding any discrepancies.
- Reviews finalized Commitment and Policy documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Confirms correct charges for premium, endorsements, etc. both at the Commitment stage and Policy stage, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Saves all documents to File and uploads to our customer portal.
- May be responsible for recording of certain documents.
- Updates file and all necessary documents according to Company policy and procedures, communicating with internal teams regarding any discrepancies.
- Manages calls and emails from internal customers.
- Performs any other duties as requested.

Education and/or Experience
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- 3-5 years in Title Insurance field preferred
- 1-3 years of Accounting/Reporting Experience preferred
- Various Plant Software
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office; a fax machine; a copier/scanning machine; and a multi-line telephone.
Other Skills and Abilities
- Ability to multi-task.
- High Standard of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under stress with time deadlines.
