Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and motivated Night Chef to oversee kitchen operations during evening hours. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality food preparation, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and lead a small team to deliver exceptional service during the evening hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items to established standards.
  • Supervise kitchen staff during night shifts, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock rotation and ordering.
  • Ensure timely and efficient service for dinner service
  • Collaborate with the day team to ensure continuity and consistency in food quality.
  • Handle any issues or emergencies that arise during the night shift.

Qualifications:

  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen procedures.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

  • Full time and part time positions are available.

Requirements:

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Compensation details: 20-22 Hourly Wage
