About the Role:
As a Recruiting Associate, you will play a key role in connecting skilled professionals with exciting job opportunities. This position is a great opportunity for recent college graduates—no prior experience is required! We provide comprehensive training to set you up for success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with highly skilled professionals about career opportunities across various industries, from Fortune 500 companies to local start-ups.
- Share job openings and company highlights to potential candidates.
- Conduct phone and video interviews with qualified applicants.
- Track and manage recruiting activities and maintain candidate records.
- Analyze and report on recruiting metrics.
