Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescription:Assistant Project Manager – Environmental Construction and ContractingAbout Us:TTI Environmental, Inc. (TTI) is a leader in environmental contracting and consulting services. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our environmental construction and contracting group.
This is an in-person position based in our Moorestown, New Jersey office.Position Overview:The Assistant Project Manager will support Project Managers in planning, managing, and executing environmental construction projects. This role is critical to ensuring client satisfaction, timely project delivery, and achieving positive financial results.Candidates should have a background in construction or environmental contracting project management and demonstrate strong organizational, technical, and interpersonal skills.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning & ManagementoReview and adhere to project drawings and specificationsoDevelop and update project schedulesoPrepare and maintain health and safety plans, including JHA plansEstimating & PreconstructionoSource pricing and materials required for project estimatesoPrepare RFQ packages and obtain quotes for subcontracted servicesProcurement & CoordinationoProcure equipment and materialsoCoordinate and manage subcontractorsPermitting and ComplianceoManage municipal, county, and state permitting and project approvalsFinancial ManagementoDevelop project budgets and perform job cost analysesoManage billings, payment applications, and value schedulesDocumentation & ReportingoGenerate project monthly reports and change management reportsoVerify applications for payment and prepare as-built documentsProject OversightoConduct project progress meetings and ensure schedule adherenceoAdminister contracts, manage project closeout, and handle punch listsoOversee warranty review and procurementQualifications:oA background in construction or environmental contracting project managementoHighly motivated, quick learner, and active team member with a positive attitudeoExperience with ProCore Construction Management Software is preferredoHigh level of computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe)oStrong problem-solving skills, proactive mindset, and ability to make independent decisionsoCapability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced business environmentoExceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skillsoExcellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with peers, clients, and leadershipoEducation: Associate or bachelor’s degree OR a minimum of 2 years of equivalent and relevant experienceoValid driver’s licenseoMust be a US citizen or legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorshipReporting Structure:This position reports directly to the assigned Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Division Director.Benefits:oMatching 401(k) retirement planoHealth, dental, vision, and life insuranceoFlexible spending accountsoPaid safety trainingoPaid professional certificate/license feesoCompetitive compensation, including overtime payoPaid time off, including holidays and sick timeCompensation:o$60,000-$75,000 annually commensurate with experienceTTI is an Equal Opportunity Affirmative Action Employer.Requirements:.
