Here's how much it rained this week in San Diego

As the third and final in a series of storms over the past week moves out of the San Diego region, it’s high time to review the high amount of rainwater that the skies poured into the county.

November 2025 has quickly become one of the top ten rainiest Novembers on record, specifically No. 7, thanks to all the water the county received over eight of the past nine days, NBC 7 meteorologist Greg Bledsoe said.

Nov. 15 was San Diego’s wettest day of 2025, setting a record for that date at San Diego International Airport with 1.2 inches.

This week’s three-storm punch brought more than 3 inches to San Diego International Airport, which is about quadruple the normal rainfall for the entire month of November, Bledsoe added.

Most recently, rain totals from the storm generally ranged from 0.25 inches to 0.75 inches.

The county shouldn’t expect any more rain up to Thanksgiving. The holiday will likely be dry with seasonally normal temperatures, possibly even a little warmer than can be expected for Thanksgiving Day in San Diego.

The following are rainfall totals from the past two days as of 3:34 p.m. Friday, according to the National Weather Service of San Diego.
