(KRON) — The San Francisco Police Department seized 180 grams of fentanyl, 57 grams of methamphetamine, 16 grams of cocaine, $25,000 in cash and a ghost gun while serving a search warrant on the 2800 block of 8th Avenue Oakland Wednesday.
The drugs were “intended to be sold on the streets of San Francisco,” SFPD said.
Police arrested 20-year-old Jahir Banegas Hernandez, 18-year-old Axel Josue Casco Rosales and 21-year-old Darwin Omar Martinez on drug and child-endangerment charges. A 21-year-old woman from Oakland was also arrested for warrant violations during the search. All suspects were booked into the Santa Rita Jail.
“During the search warrant service, a toddler was located in the residence and subsequently released to a child welfare worker,” SFPD said.
The raid was the result of an investigation by SFPD’s narcotics unit. The San Francisco Police Department’s Narcotics Division, the U.S. Army National Guard and the San Francisco Sheriff’s Office all aided in the investigation.
