While the Lions are without several key players for Sunday Night Football at the Linc, the Eagles are very healthy.
The Eagles had four of their five offensive linemen on the injury report this week but all of them are going to play tonight. That includes center Cam Jurgens, who has missed the last two weeks with a knee injury.
Here are the Eagles’ inactives for this game:
QB Sam Howell (emergency QB)
RB A.J. Dillon
CB Mac McWilliams
DT Ty Robinson
OL Drew Kendall
Jurgens (knee) missed the Giants game and the Packers game with a knee injury and was replaced by Brett Toth. Jurgens is expected to wear a knee brace against the Lions.
Even before the knee injury, Jurgens in the first half of the season was working his way back from offseason back surgery after playing through that injury in the playoffs.
Jurgens this week was asked about playing through injuries.
“I mean, when you’re out there on the field, you’re 100%,” he said. “You have to be 100%. Your mind’s going 100 miles per hour. At center, I still have to go through all the mental reps. You just have to make sure your body is as physically ready to go as you can. You kind of just feel good when you’re out there playing. You have to.”
The Eagles did not elevate anyone from their practice squad for this game. But during the week, they did activate CB Jakorian Bennett (pectoral) from the Injured Reserve list. Bennett is active for this game.
