A cool weekend is in store for South Florida as two more cold fronts are expected to roll in over the next couple of days.
After a humid and possibly rainy Wednesday, those fronts will bring a big drop to the region on Thursday night and Friday through to the weekend.
How cold is it going to get?
We are forecasting temperatures in the mid-40s on Friday morning, and the afternoon will be fresh, too. Highs will likely stay in the 60s.
How long will the cold stick around?
The weekend will be sunny and a touch cool. We will see our next front of the bunch push through during the second half of the weekend, and this will set the stage for a fresh CFP National Championship game, when the University of Miami will take on the University of Indiana in Miami Gardens.
How cold will it be for the CFP National Championship?
With highs only expected to hit 70 degrees on Monday, kickoff temperatures will be in the 60s with maybe even some 50s by the end of the game.
