CATSKILL, N.Y. (NEWS10) — New York State Police arrested a Catskill man on September 12 after a sexual assault investigation. Danny Fuller, 59, is facing felony charges.
Fuller is accused of illegally entering a unit at Rainbow Cabins and Motel on State Route 32 in Catskill around 12:45 a.m. on Friday and engaging a 48-year-old woman in sex acts without consent while the victim was asleep. A three-year-old child in the victim’s care was in the cabin at the time of the alleged assault, according to State Police.

- Third-degree rape
- Second-degree burglary
- Endangering the welfare of a child
Fuller was arraigned at Cairo Town Court and held at the Greene County Jail without bail ahead of further proceedings in the ongoing investigation. A full stay-away order of protection was additionally issued on the victim’s behalf.
