The Deputy Revenue Commissioner over Administration serves as a key member of the Department of Revenues executive leadership team and is responsible for shaping and implementing the Departments strategic vision, particularly in relation to human resource policies and core administrative operations. The position provides executive oversight of financial operations, human resources management, employee relations, training and development, occupational safety, and facilities management.
As a principal advisor, the Deputy Commissioner promotes best practices, implements systems and programs to enhance operational efficiency, and fosters a results-driven, performance-oriented culture to advance the Departments strategic goals. The position provides Human Resource services to 640 employees in three major divisions: Tax Revenue, Water Revenue and Legal Service.
